Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using St. Clair Design Co. services and products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Digital Product License

When you purchase digital products from St. Clair Design Co., you receive a single-use license that grants you:

• The right to use the product in personal and commercial projects
• Access to future updates and improvements at no additional cost
• The right to modify the code for your specific needs

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the original files
• Use the product in template or theme marketplaces
• Claim the work as your own

3. Service Delivery

For design and development services, we commit to delivering work within the agreed timeline. Any significant delays will be communicated promptly with revised timelines.

4. Payment Terms

For service projects:

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• All payments processed through Stripe

For digital products, full payment is required at time of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom work created specifically for their project. Digital products remain the intellectual property of St. Clair Design Co., with usage rights granted through the license.

6. Limitation of Liability

St. Clair Design Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
