Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we have a strict no-refund policy once you've downloaded the files.

However, we will provide a full refund if:

  • You did not receive the download links within 24 hours of purchase
  • The product files are corrupted or unusable
  • The product significantly differs from its description
  • You accidentally purchased the same product twice

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Service Projects

For design and development service projects:

  • Before work begins: Full refund of deposit minus processing fees
  • During project: Refund of remaining balance for incomplete work
  • After completion: No refunds, but we'll work with you to address concerns

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@stclairdesignco.com with:

  • Your order number or email used for purchase
  • Reason for refund request
  • Screenshots of any technical issues (if applicable)

We'll respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5-10 business days.

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback instead of contacting us first, you forfeit your license to use the product and access to future updates. We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks.
